This is my first experience at coffee shop.Appalling service, staff dont seem interested in visiting tables.Too busy talking Tagalog together on the counter.Ordered an almond croissant - it arrived after 20mins and was clearly microwaved and soggy, furthermore, upon opening up the croissant it had no traditional almond paste and only some dried out almond flakes on top.Appalling and a shame on the name of France

I will never forget his facial expression, I could barely even make out “Is this my cake?” My guests loved it as well, they even made a line to take pictures. We had a lovely feast this morning. Your staff are so friendly especially Precious. It’s often hard to find places that fully accept kids for being kids (aka moving, making noise, being messy) and you guys made us feel so welcome! It’s stressful going out with two kids on your own but I felt comfortable and accepted and our experience was all the better for it. Thank you!

Worst food ever: I tried their chicken spinach. It costs 55 AED. Chicken was undercooked. Looked like they used frozen chicken. I complained about it. Not sure if it was conveyed to the chef. I left half of my food. Waste of time and money. I am not sure about breakfast items but certainly not worth for dinner.

I ordered 2KG cake for my son’s birthday. It came exactly on time and well packed. The cake was very very delicious ( I asked them to reduce the sugar). The details and finishing were very beautiful and clean. The only problem they dont provide cake toppers or figure- not sure if this is the case of other themes-. Very good price, this cake is aed 485 and it was enough for 6 kids and 15 adults.

Lovely coffee shop in Office park bldg. We were there for morning coffee and had delicious cakes , scones and coffee. They also have breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and children’s menus. Thankyou for assisting us Ms. precious😉

Its my first time here! Got to try Carrot Cake and I love it! The ambience is nice, the staff (ABIGAIL) is polite and very accommodating. Will definitely recommend it!

I liked that all safety precautions were taken and the place was quite empty on a Saturday so felt safe for us to dine out with the cases rising. We loved their quiche, Tiramisu and Caramel Toffee Frapp. The spanish latte was not sweet enough for our taste though.
